This form was created and is aimed for me to find out information that will be kept in order for you to be considered to own one of our dogs/ puppies. Please dont worry if the questions get a little personal. We are looking only for the most suitable homes for our dogs in order for them to have a permanent home.

To preserve the quality of this line puppies may have breeding restrictions on the kc paper work. If you would like to breed or may like to breed please tell me from the beginning so convienient arraingments can be made.
